1. About BTLS

Black Talent & Leadership in STEM (BTLS) is a cross-industry initiative focused on improving access, visibility, leadership and opportunity for Black talent and underrepresented communities within Science, technology, engineering, maths (STEM), innovation and related sectors. Through our website, we may share information about our mission, programmes, events, opportunities, news, partnerships, resources, youth engagement, leadership initiatives, community activity and other work connected to BTLS.
