BTLS is hosting an interactive online workshop designed to help young people develop essential professional skills through practical group activities, real world challenges and guided feedback.
Through this Assessment Centre Simulation, participants will gain practical experience of the types of activities used by employers during recruitment and selection processes. The session will help participants strengthen their confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership and problem solving skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
